Sean M. Kelly

After practicing with the Litigation Group of a National Law Firm he decided to make the Okanagan his home. He has represented several chartered banks, energy and resource companies, First Nation Governments, federal government departments, a US state government, and some of the largest corporations in the world.
Sean's preferred areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Construction Law, Personal Injury cases, First Nations Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law. He has appeared as counsel in the courts at both the trial and appellate levels and has represented clients of all sizes both Canadian and International.
He is active in the community as a volunteer director for the Okanagan Section of the Alpine Club of Canada. He is also on the Board for the Kelowna Yoga House Society and is involved with the Mountain Bikers Club of the Central Okanagan.
