Brian L. Willows

Brian obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1959 at the University of British Columbia.

Brian has provided individual advice to home owners as well as large institutional clients on the various facets of conveyancing of real property and the securing of adequate financing. In addition, his knowledge of tax planning and estate planning has allowed him to serve a broad range of clients. His preferred areas of practice are Corporate/Commercial, Business Purchases and Sales, Real Estate and Mortgages, Wills and Estates Planning, Probate and Administration of Estates.

Brian is a member of the Vernon Lions Club, a past President of the Vernon Kinsman Club, a past Deputy Governor of the Okanagan Zone of Kinsman, a past President of the Vernon District Homemakers Society and a past President of the Vernon & District Foundation.

Brian has practised in Yale County since 1960 and is one of the senior lawyers in the Vernon Bar Association, and his practice has included various attendances on Municipal matters.
