Jordan Korol

Jordan was born and raised in Coldstream B.C. As Kidston’s articling student she is excited to develop professional connections in her hometown.
Education

Jordan earned her law degree from the University of Alberta in 2023. During law school she was a member of the Discipline, Interpretation, and Enforcement board for the Student’s Union, with two published decisions. Additionally, Jordan volunteered for Student Legal Services and was captain of the law faculty’s basketball team.

Jordan graduated from UBC Okanagan with an undergraduate degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics. During her time at UBCO she served as captain of the Heat Women’s Basketball team. In 2019, Jordan became the first Heat player to receive a major Canada West award when she was named the Sylvia Sweeney Award recipient in recognition of her outstanding athletic achievement, academic success, and community service. Jordan is also a past recipient of the UBCO Female Outstanding Athlete of the Year award and the UBCO Female Graduating Player of the Year award.

Jordan enjoys cross-fit, trail running in the beautiful Okanagan, reading, and spending time with her husband, Brett and cat, Freya. She is excited to resume volunteering upon her return from law school.
