Dustin Griffin
Lawyer
Dustin Griffin is an experienced lawyer at Kidston Helm Ross. His practice includes estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. He is dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for the future and resolve estate disputes.
Dustin earned his law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2012 and joined Kidston Helm Ross the same year. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013 and has since built a reputation for providing practical legal solutions with a client-centered approach.
Beyond his legal practice, Dustin is deeply involved in the Vernon community. He has volunteered with the B.C. 4-H program and served on the board of directors for the Interior Provincial Exhibition (IPE) agricultural fall fair in Armstrong, BC. Dustin was named the IPE's Volunteer of the Year in 2023. His contributions to the region earned him recognition as one of Vernon’s “Top 20 Under 40” in 2016, highlighting his impact as a talented young professional.
Dustin embraces the Okanagan lifestyle and can often be found hiking, kayaking, or enjoying a good book. He is also an active member of the local Junior Chamber International (JCI) chapter, finding fulfillment in giving back to the community.
