Robert Ross

Robert Ross is a managing partner at Kidston Helm Ross, bringing over 35 years of experience in estate litigation claims, personal injury law, and insurance disputes. He is known for his client-centered approach, ensuring that individuals navigating legal challenges receive clear guidance, strong advocacy, and practical solutions.

Robert is an experienced litigator specializing in personal injury matters and insurance disputes. He is committed to helping clients achieve fair outcomes while minimizing stress throughout the legal process. Whether advocating for injured clients or resolving complex estate matters, he brings decades of courtroom experience and negotiation expertise to every case.

Robert earned his Law Degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987. He spent seven years at a larger Vancouver firm before returning back to Vernon and worked for nearly two decades at Davidson Lawyers LLP. Robert joined Kidston Helm Ross as a partner in 2012. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for delivering results, litigating at all levels of court in British Columbia, and skillfully guiding clients through difficult legal matters.

Beyond his legal practice, Robert is actively involved in the local soccer community. He serves on the board for the North Okanagan Youth Soccer Association. He manages, coaches, and plays soccer. Additionally, he enjoys cross country skiing and biking. When not on the field or in the courtroom, he treasures time spent with his children, Stephanie, Jason, Ean, and Joseph.
